The striker tool is for loosening seized bolts and nuts, and conversely for securing them. The tool has a shaft (2,7) comprised of tubular, telescopically fitting sections (2,7), the facing ends of which have coaxially connected plates (4,7) joined by two diametrically opposed pins (5). - Between the plates is a striker arm (9) which can rotate around the shaft (2,7), causing force to the applied to the pins (5). A thrust force is then transmitted from the pins to the plates, and thus to the shaft and a shaft-end attached bolt or nut socket (11).(1) |
