摘要 Method for semi-automatic or automatic clutch actuation in motor vehicles, the wheels of which are driven by a combustion engine via the friction clutch, a mechanical synchromesh transmission and a differential gear, the speed of the engine being controlled as a function of the position of the accelerator pedal and the engine speed signal and the accelerator position signal being continuously generated. When de-clutching, the clutch is rapidly released and, when engaging the clutch with the initial gear stage of the transmission switched on, rapidly engaged up to an engine speed which corresponds to 1.1 - 1.3 times the idling speed, whereas at higher engine speeds corresponding to the position of the accelerator pedal it is engaged at an engagement speed proportional to the value of the accelerator pedal signal and hence to the engine speed. When first starting the motor vehicle an actual starting accelerator pedal signal is generated and compared with a stored initial starting accelerator pedal signal. A reference engagement engine speed signal is calculated from a stored initial engagement engine speed signal in proportion to the actual starting accelerator pedal signal and the engagement speed so selected that the clutch is fully engaged at the reference engagement engine speed. When changing up to a higher or down to a lower gear the torque values associated with the instantaneous accelerator pedal signal prior to release of the clutch and to the instantaneous engine speed signal are determined from stored torque functions and a load signal is formed by comparison of these torque values, according to which the engagement speed of the clutch is selected in inverse proportion to the value of the load signal.
