Two accumulators 7a, 7b each supply an individual circuit 4a, 4b for actuating brakes 2a, 2b as a function of the position of a brake pedal 8. The two circuits 4a, 4b thus form a main twin-circuit braking device. A pump 12 recharges the accumulators 7a, 7b in the event of a need detected by the differential pressure contacts 17a, 17b which control a coupling/uncoupling solenoid valve 14. When it is excited by the application of power to a terminal 18, a solenoid valve 28 transmits to a neutralisation chamber 26 the greater of the two pressures in the accumulator, by means of a pressure comparator 27. The pressure in the neutralisation chamber 26, if it is sufficient, pushes back a spring 24 for actuating an immobilisation brake 3. A manual button 31 makes it possible to actuate the immobilisation brake voluntarily. Use for actuating the mobilisation brake only in the event of a breakdown affecting the two individual circuits. <IMAGE>
