PURPOSE:To execute laser beam machining having high reliability by discriminating locus program of preteached machining line matching to kind of each machining material with identification mark and correcting the program through the position detecting mark. CONSTITUTION:The identification mark 9a for machining material marked to each machining material 6 different in the kind, is discriminated through a detecting sensor 7 and the position of the working line position detecting mark 10a matching to this machining material 6 is selected with the locus program for machining line 11a. At the same time, the position of the machining line position detecting mark 10a marked to the machining material 9a is detected with a detecting sensor 7, and this detected value and the selected machining line position detecting mark 10a are compared to correct the locus program. Based on the locus program after this correction, the machine 2 can be controlled, and by this method, deviation of the machining line 11a for the machining material 6 is easily and automatically corrected and the laser beam machining having high reliability can be executed. |
