<p>PURPOSE:To clear a condition when the accident of an automobile occurs and before and after the time of reckless driving and to investigate the cause of the accident and reckless driving by stopping the data storing operation of a data storing means and holding data concerning the external condition of the automobile, engine or car body when the decision of the accident and reckless driving, etc., is executed. CONSTITUTION:Respective data detecting means B and C always detect the external data and internal data of the automobile and a data storing means A stores these data until new data are inputted. As long as the normal driving is continued, the various data are inputted at arbitrary set time intervals and the stored data of the data storing means A are updated each time the new data are inputted. When deciding means F and G decide either the accident or reckless driving and abnormality such as the accident or reckless driving occurs, the external data and internal data just before the occurrence of the abnormality are stored and held. Thus, the condition at the time of the accident can be objectively judged with proof (evidence) and the cause of the accident can be exactly and easily investigated.</p> |
