PURPOSE:To provide a logic valve element with a logic valve function and an orifice function, by providing the logic valve element with a pressure receiving surface for forming an orifice. CONSTITUTION:When pressurized oil from a pump 14 is supplied to an actuator to drive it, the bottom of a logic valve element 2 is put in contact with a valve seat 7. When the pressurized oil from the pump 14 is not supplied to the actuator to drive it, a changeover valve 16 is in the neutral position and an inlet port 9 is open. At that time, the pressurized oil flows into the logic valve element 2 through the inlet port 9 to push the valve element up against the force of a spring 5. Consequently, an orifice which has a clearance of (a) and defines a pressure receiving surface is formed between the bottom of the logic valve element 2 and the top 12 of the lower part of a valve casing 1. |
