<p>PURPOSE:To promote the dissolution of material generated by deterioration of ink by allowing wash water containing mixed ink solvent and dimethyl sulfoxide to act on an object to be cleaned and cleaning the object while the wash water is poured to the object and a ultrasonic wave is given thereto. CONSTITUTION:Wash water 17 is prepared by mixing dimethyl sulfoxide with ink solvent. A nozzle cap 16 is filled with the wash water 17, covers a nozzle 3, whereby the wash water 17 is filtrated into the inside from a nozzle orifice to dissolve material that is generated by deteriorated ink and attaches to the inner surface. Then ink or the solvent is jetted out of the nozzle 3 to be discharged outside the nozzle. The alternative is as follows: the wash water 17 is put into a wash container 19 to dip the top of the nozzle 3 into the wash water 17, and the wash container 19 is put into the cleaning chamber 20a of a ultrasonic cleaner 20 together with water 2. While an ultrasonic wave 23 is given, the material that is generated by deteriorated ink and attaches to the inside of the nozzle is dissolved. After that, the ink or the solvent is jetted out of the nozzle 3 to be discharged outside the nozzle. Consequently, the material generated by deterioration of ink is dissolved efficiently and removed.</p> |
