OUTPUT DEVICE FOR STEPPED DETAILED DRAWING

PURPOSE:To output a stepped drawing onto a 2-dimensional plane in order to keep the developing process of the program in the form of a document and to facilitate the maintenance and the comprehension of a program by displaying the module constitution lower than a certain reference hierarchical module by one hierarchy at a place near the display of the reference hierarchical module. CONSTITUTION:A data file 1 stores a stepped detailed drawing and a module constitution reading means 2 reads a module constitution out of the file 1. Then a module constitution retrieving means 3 retrieves the detailed constitution of a standard module. Furthermore a module loading means 4 puts the detailed module constitution into a module of a certain module constitution. A module constitution display part 5 displays a combined module constitution. As a result, the developing process of a program can be displayed on a single plane by means of a drawing. Then the maintenance and the comprehension of the program are facilitated.
