发明名称 LASER DIODE DRIVING GEAR
摘要 PURPOSE:To operate a driving gear at great speed by providing light-electricity negative feedback loops which control the sum of high and low frequency components of a photoelectromotive current so that its sum becomes equal to a reference signal current and providing a phase compensation means to perform the phase compensation of the forward current of a laser diode. CONSTITUTION:A photoelectromotive current which is proportional to light output of a laser diode 19 is separated into a high and low frequency components Ic and Ir and is detected by a photoelectric conversion means 13. The forward current of the laser diode 19 is controlled by light-electricity negative feedback loops 14 and 15 so that the sum of high and low frequency components of the photoelectromotive current that is generated by the photoelectric conversion means 13 becomes equal to a reference signal current Io. Further, the phase compensation of the forward current of the laser diode 19 is performed by phase compensation means 11 and 12. A laser diode driving gear that is stable to a low frequency like a variation of a temperature and is able to operate at great speed is thus obtd.
