PURPOSE:To manufacture the zinc oxide powder for nuclear particle to be easily filtered in high yield of specific particle size by a method wherein a zinc oxide material mixed with an additive to be weak acid soluble after baking process is baked and then the additive is extracted using the weak acid from the baked product. CONSTITUTION:A zinc oxide material mixed with an additive to be weak acid soluble after baking process is baked to crystalize the zinc oxide. Later, when the weak acid is added to the baked product, the additive becoming weak acid soluble existing in the particle field is directly reacted with the weak acid so as to be melted down. Accord-ingly, the additive can be extracted within a shorter time than that by the conventional process, besides the liquid property even after the completion of the reaction is acid to deteriorate the viscosity. Through these procedures, the crystalized zinc oxide can easily be filtered out so that the zinc oxide powder for nuclear particle in large crystalline particle size as a whole may easily be manufactured within a short time. |
