PURPOSE:To readily weave the subject cloth capable of successively changing the cross-sectional area by nipping carriers between recessed parts of the adjacent rotors and moving the carriers using a recessed part of the other rotor as a guide in rotating one of the adjacent rotors. CONSTITUTION:In plural weaving blocks (A) to (C) in which rotors 4 for nipping carriers 2 are mutually adjacent and arranged in plural rows and columns, many carrier driving units 1 are arranged along carrier track surfaces. When either of the adjacent rotors 4 and 4 is rotated, the carriers are moved using a recessed part 5 of the other rotor as a guide for the carriers 2. |
