PURPOSE:To obtain a high quality plastic vessel at low cost without falling and positional dislocation of an outer sleeve by inserting the outer sleeve formed with a folded piece at its lower end into a top force and a bottom force being brought into contact with each other, and supporting the lower end thereof at the staged part of the bottom force, and further, applying vacuum to the vacuum suction port of a parting surface. CONSTITUTION:A top force 1 and bottom force 2 are assembled in forming a vacuum suction port 10 on a parting surface, and an outer sleeve 3 is put into tight-contact with a body part cavity 5 and inserted into the top force 1, wherein the lower end 11 of the sleeve 3 is supported at the staged part 7 of the bottom force 2, and arranged such that the side of the folded piece 12 protrudes inward. In the next place, the staged part 7 is applied with vacuum through the vacuum suction port 10, and a thermoplastic composite resin sheet is placed in tight-contact with the lower end of the folded piece 12 in the lower end 11 of the outer sleeve 3, and also placed into tight-contact with the upper end 16 of the folded piece 12, and then the folded piece 12 is engaged into the recessed groove 18 having a height and depth coincident with the height H and thickness D of the folded piece 12 formed on the body part 17 of a plastic vessel 4. |
