PURPOSE:To calculate the value of compensation from the predicted error and the slope of the temperature drop and then use this value of compensation to compensate the predictive temperature. CONSTITUTION:For instance, the temperature on the load surface is extracted with every minute and then stored to obtain the mean temperature every five minutes for storage. The mean value of the first five minutes and the final five minutes each is used with every 15min to obtain a temperature slope. Using this slope, the predictive temperature after 30min is calculated, and the result of calculation is stored. The mean temperature of five minutes corresponding to the predicted time is compared with the predictive temperature to obtain the error for storage. Then the freezing prediction siganl is delivered when the value obtained by compensating the predictive temperature with the mean value of the above-mentioned error becomes lower than the set temperature.
