PURPOSE:To effectively utilize the cooling/heating capacity of a plurality of cooling/heating devices to the maximum extent by controlling the devices in such a way that the sum total of power consumption added in utilization order of priority becomes the nearest value to the allowable electric power quantity within the allowable electric power quantity of an on-board power supply. CONSTITUTION:In a device wherein cooling/heating devices B comprising a heating steering wheel 1, a heating seat 2, a cooling seat 9, etc., are electricity- supplied and controlled via a control unit 10 by an on-board supply 11, the previously set utilization order 12 of priority is memorized in a memory of the control unit 10. And when a main switch 16 is turned on, temperature information whether temperatures detected by temperature sensor 181-184 for every apparatus 1-9 reach set temperatures or not, and occupant seat position information are added to each other in the utilization order 12 of priority, a combination of respective cooling/heating devices 1 to 9 is calculated in such a way that the sum total of the power consumption of respective cooling/heating devices 1-9 intended to be used becomes the nearest value to the allowable power supply quantity of an on-board power supply and 11, on basis of the calculation result, respective devices 1-9 are selectively operated. |
