Thermoplastic plate moulding - by inflation rubber bag acting on heated plate lying against working surface

Mouldings are made of thermoplastic plates by a form tool which applies a thrust on the plate lying on a working surface. The tooling has a variable surface and the thrust device has a shape to suit. ADVANTAGE - Such a moulding rig e.g. for wash borders, is compact and robust and has low operating costs.
