The sleeve (2) is firmly fixed in the foundation (1), most preferably by means of the anchor (3), and is drawn into the post (4), at the lower part of which there is a coupling (5) with a thread. The coupling (5) is screwed onto the thread of the sleeve (2) and thus secured.
