摘要 PURPOSE:To obtain a radiation detecting signal which is scarcely influenced by a noise of a detecting element itself by providing a detecting medium for generating the charge by following up an incidence of a radiant ray, a pair of electrodes, a DC power source, and a magnetic flux detecting means for converting a variation of a magnetic field to a current signal and outputting a radiation detecting signal. CONSTITUTION:When a radiant ray passes through a detecting medium 10, a pair of electron positive holes are generated in the detecting medium 10, an electron is collected to an electrode 11a of a positive side, and also, the positive hole is collected to an electrode 11b of a negative side. Subsequently, charge collected to each electrode 11a, 11b flows as a current in a conductor 12. As a result, a current flowing in a conductor 13 is varied, and by following up a variation of this current, a magnetic field is varied. When the magnetic field is varied, the number of magnetic fluxes passing through a coil 14 installed in the periphery of the conductor 13 is varied, therefore, a current corresponding to the variation of the number of magnetic fluxes is outputted as a radiation detecting signal from the coil 14. In such a way, the radiation measurement can be executed by the radiation detecting signal whose S/N is improved.
