PURPOSE:To render an acuator needle functionable as a valve and improve an energy converting efficiency in case an ink droplet is injected by displacing a supersonic vibrator by a method wherein the needle is provided in such a constitution that one end thereof is secured to the supersonic vibrator while the other end thereof is faced to a nozzle. CONSTITUTION:At first, ink in an ink tank 21 is introduced to a head 23 and a printing signal is impressed to the supersonic vibrator 19 in the head 23 through an exciting circuit 25. Then, the vibrator 19 is displaced and push out the ink through the nozzle 16 with the needle 18 to print on recording paper 24. In this case, the tip end 18' of the needle 18 is projected to the vicinity of the nozzle 16 to block the passageway thereof and the needle 18 functions as the valve thereby improving the energy converting efficiency. Accordingly, the vibrator 19 can be made smaller, therefore,integration thereof may be facilitated. EFFECT:The problem of the blocking of the nozzle may be eliminated. |
