PURPOSE:To print with a constant printing diameter at all times on any recording paper having different blotting amounts of ink by a method wherein an operating means selectable in accordance with the quality of the recording paper is provided to control the injecting pressure of the ink jet based on the selected signal thereof. CONSTITUTION:Selecting switches 10 of 3-4 series, for example, selectable in accordance with the kind of the recording paper 4 and a pump pressure control circuit 11 outputting different output signals in accordance with the pushed position of the switch 10 are provided. The switch 10 is selected in accordance with the quality of the recording paper 4, that means the kind of paper based on the difference of the spreading amount of ink. The discharging pressure of a pump 7 is increased against the recording paper with a large spreading amount while the discharging pressure of the same is decreased against the recording paper having a small spreading amount, to make the printing diameter constant at all times. |
