PURPOSE:To improve air port filtrate resistant characteristics by forming the step section of the bottom periphery of a positive electrode case for an air button cell with a circular projection. CONSTITUTION:In the construction of an usual air button cell, the step section of the inner button periphery of a positive electrode 8 is formed with a circular projection 11. When the condition that h/t is equal to 0.20 to 2.00, and d/D is equal to 0.05 to 0.50, is satisfied where (h) represents the height of the projection, (t) represents the thickness of a water repellent film 6, (d) represents the width of the projection and D represents the width of the plane section of the step section at the inner bottom periphery of the positive electrode, excellent air port filtrate resistant characteristics can be obtained. |
