PURPOSE:To perform a call at a time when an idle call channel is prepared by performing a reservation operation even when no idle call channel exists. CONSTITUTION:When no idle call channel exists, a radio base station MBS1 starts reservation management based on a reservation managing means, and transmits reservation outgoing acceptance to a mobile station MSS, and makes the mobile station MSS start a position change reporting operation to report position change to the radio base station of a new zone when it moves between zones, and also, transmits a reservation call position managing request to a radio line control station MCS. In such a manner, the mobile station desiring communication by all means can request the preferential execution of a connection processing at a time when the idle call channel is prepared in the latest zone by performing the reservation operation. |
