PURPOSE:To enable switching of bus coupling circuit breaker without interrupting power supply to the distribution feeder by providing means for detecting the state of a power receiving circuit breaker, and means for detecting the operating conditions of an overcurrent relay. CONSTITUTION:Potential transformers 15, 25, voltage relays 16, 26 and their contacts 16a, 16b realize a bus voltage detecting means while the contacts 1, 1b, 2a, 2b of power receiving circuit breakers 1, 2 realize an interrupting condition detecting means and contacts 100b, 200b realize a protective relay state detecting means. When a transformer is paused, for example, a throw-in switch 30 is operated to throw in a bus coupling circuit breaker 3, and when a power receiving circuit breaker is separated manually the transformer 11 is separated from the power receiving circuit but by contacts 2a-26b-16a of the bus circuit breaker 3 is closed thus preventing separation of the bus 12. By such arrangement, the bus circuit breaker 3 can be switched without interrupting power supply to the distribution feeder. |
