PURPOSE:To reduce the cost of a stabilizer and increase the precision by determining interrupting capacity easily by the inertia constant, mechanical input and electric output during an accident of a generator group which accelerate, the inertia constant, mechanical input and electric output during an accident of a generator group which decelerate, and the inertia constant of a generator group which neither accelerate nor decelerate. CONSTITUTION:CPU represents a central processing unit, information A represents information sent from a generator group G1 which accelerate to the CPU, information B represents information sent from a generator group G2 which decelerate, and information C represents information sent from a generator group G3 which neither accelerate nor decelerate to the CPU. To be concrete, the information A represents inertia constant M1, mechanical input PM1, and electric output Pe1 during an accident, the information B represents M2, PM2, and Pe2, and the information C represents M3. Using these pieces of information, when X and Y are made to represent X=(PM1-Pe1)/M1, Y=(PM2-Pe2)/M2 and K is made to represent the interrupting ratio of the generator group which decelerate, the CPU computes about some K's determined beforehand and makes the smallest K satisfying 1/2tf<2>F(K)<=Ec(K) interrupting capacity. |
