<p>PURPOSE:To prevent an ultrasonic wave from turning into the inside of a cover housing by turning simultaneously an ultrasonic horn, as well by a connecting means, when a reflecting mirror is turned, and allowing the ultrasonic horn not to be inclined, when the reflecting mirror is inclined. CONSTITUTION:In the rotational direction of a reflecting mirror 2, an ultrasonic horn 5 rotates synchronously, but even if the reflecting mirror 2 is inclined in the direction being orthogonal to the rotational direction, namely, to the left and the right, the ultrasonic horn 5 is not inclined in the direction of the left and the right. Therefore, no gap is made between an opening part of the ultrasonic horn 5 and a cover housing 4. Accordingly, it can be eliminated that an ultrasonic wave generated from an ultrasonic vibrator 8 contained in the ultrasonic horn 5 turns into the inside of a sensor housing, and a beam of the ultrasonic wave being an object cannot be formed in the direction indicated by the reflecting mirror 2.</p> |
