The height-adjustable levelling ring is for use in a shaft structure. It comprises tow supporting surfaces (1,2), joined to-gether at three points by an adjusting mechanism (4). The latter can comprises bars with right-and left-handed threads, or alternatively be operated hydraulically or pneumatically. It can be coated with zinc or plastic to prevent rusting. USE/ADVANTAGE - Easy and rapid adjustment of level of shaft cover using height-adjustable ring.
