The collar is for the passage of a pipe through a flexible roofing surface, which is sealed to it. It comprises an upright length of pipe, a flange mounted on the pipe and installed below the roofing material, and a top clamping member gripping the edge of the perforation in the foof material between it and the flange. The clamping member (1) joins onto a tubular casing (3) fitting over the pipe (2) so as to leave a small intervening gap. In the installed position the pipe and casing are sealed together. USE/ADVANTAGE - Improved sealing and easy installation due to absence of screwed clamping joints.
