PURPOSE:To reduce variation with time of product powdery particles by providing further an aging machine downstream a cooling tower, setting cooling and solidifying temperature in the cooling tower down to the solidifying temperature to be able to handle by the aging machine and cooling power materials down to a given temperature after aging. CONSTITUTION:After being cooled and solidified in a cooling tower 3, fine particle powder materials are transferred into an aging machine 9 of rotating cylindric type or the like, and the same is aged for a given period of time while retained at a proper temperature. The aged powder materials are transferred into a cooling device 10 of air flow tube type tower, fluidized bed type tower or the like, cooled down and transferred to a product tank 11. Thus, the stabilizing time of the product powder materials is quickened by fluidization at a comparatively high temperature to stabilize at least around the surface of product powder material particles, and the product powder materials are crystallized and made uniform in quality and temperature by cooling down again after said process. |
