PURPOSE:To obtain a copy as set in advance without the problem of temperature rise by achieving enlargement magnification copying through the use of an optical system moving and scanning mode. CONSTITUTION:For example, the copying machine A is composed of an automatic document feeder of the circular type RDH, a platen glass 1, and a projection optical system 11, etc. In the optical system moving and scanning mode, a document in a stopping condition is scanned by moving the projection optical system 11, thereby copying the whole picture of the document. In a document moving and scanning mode, although the projection optical system 11 is in a stopping condition, the document is scanned by its own movement, thereby copying the whole picture of the document. When enlargement-copy is selected, a control means operates to select the optical system moving and scanning mode automatically; consequently, the enlargement-copying can be achieved by inhibiting the selection of the document moving and scanning mode used when the enlargement-copying is selected. Thus, a copy can be obtained as set in advance, without the problem of temperature rise. |
