PURPOSE:To make it possible to injection-mold a large-sized product without providing pressing equipment anew by providing parts, which correspond to the opening faces of a hollow product, of bisected outer molds, which are installed around a core producing the inner surface of the hollow product by the distance equal to the wall thickness of the product, are formed of peripherally continuous annular bodies and, at the same time, the annular parts are made to be detachable to the outer molds. CONSTITUTION:In the injection mold 1, parts, which correspond to the opening faces G1 and G2 of a hollow product G, of bisected outer molds 3A and 3B, which are installed around a core 2 producing the inner surface of the hollow product G by the distance equal to the wall thickness T of the product G such as a tee-pipe joint, are formed of peripherally continuous annular bodies 4. The annular parts are constituted detachable to the outer molds 3A and 3B. In the injection mold concerned, since the opening end of the shape of a product is formed by an annular outer mold, the part does not separate as two bisected outer molds 3A and 3B do. Accordingly, the projected area of the part of the annular body 4 can be omitted from the whole projected area for calculating the counter force for the separation of the outer molds. |
