PURPOSE:To keep the quality of product and suppress the lowering of yield by a method wherein the direction of the axis of advancer rolls, which pull up tubularly extruded stalk by nipping, and the direction of the axis of nip rolls, which flatten bubble formed by stretching and expanding the stalk, are made parallel to each other. CONSTITUTION:In the equipment concerned, the directions of the axes of advancer rolls 2 and of nip rolls 4 are parallel to each other. Accordingly, continuous or discontinuous transparent lines 5 and thickness ununiformities developed at both end parts of the advancer rolls 2 are taken over to film leaving the nip rolls 4. In the two slit films, the above-mentioned defective parts lie in the places within 20mm or less from either one of both the ends of each film. Since said both ends turn into scraps when product is made by slitting semi-fabricated product, the loss is normal part decreases and the yield of product improves. Further, the above-mentioned defects are prevented from mixing in product. |
