Device for external fixation of bone fragments which comprises rectilinear and curved rod-like elements (1,2) which can be coupled to one another through clamps (10) which define seats (13,14) for the removable accommodation of the rod-like elements (1,2) to be mutually secured. The clamps (10) have a single securing element (11) which acts on the rod-like elements arranged in the seats. Mandrels (40) are furthermore provided for supporting tensioned wires (44) and supporting bars (51) and are removably accommodatable in the seats (13,14) of the clamps (10) and can be secured through the securing elements.
