PURPOSE:To form the crowning of a face by controlling the slit depth of a hob and the speed of cutting of the hob through NC. CONSTITUTION:When information forming the crowning of the face is read from an input medium 1, the quantity of an axial shaft moved is set to the command value register 4 of the axial shaft, and the data of cutting feeding per one revolution of the hob are set to an axial shaft control circuit 8. When the synchronous signal of the hob 3 is emitted from a pulse generator 7 and an AND gate 12 is opened, the data of cutting feeding synchronizing with the revolution of the hob 3 are transmitted to an output control circuit 15. ANG gates 13, 14 are also opened similarly every time hob one-revolution signals reach in the control of a radial shaft and the control of a table shaft, data forming crowning are forwarded to output contol circuits 16, 17, and the quantity of the hob 3 slit is controlled. |
