<p>The present invention relates to new 1,3-dioxolan-2-yl derivatives of 2-picolylamine having the formula (I): <CHEM> wherein: R1 represents an alkyl radical; R2 represents hydrogen, or a C(=O)R4 group, wherein R4 represents C1-C6-alkyl or C1-C6-alxoxide; X is a single bond, or a -O-, -C(=O)O-, -OC(=O)C-, or -NR5C(=O)O- group, wherein R5 is H, C1-C4 alkyl or C1-C4 acyl; q is 0 or 1; t is (+) when q=1, and t has no meaning when q=0; R3 is H or C1-C6 alkyl when q=1 and an electron pair when q=0; A<-> is a pharmaceutically acceptable anion. The invention also relates to a procedure for their preparation and to pharmaceutical compositions containing them. These compounds are antagonists of PAF and, thus, useful for the treatment of the diseases in which this substance is involved.</p> |
