PURPOSE:To shorten processing time for sheets, by allowing a first moving part to feed the sheet staying at one end of a group of sheet from a storage space toward a first direction, a second moving part to feed the next sheet toward a second direction different from the first one. CONSTITUTION:In an automatic original feeder 11 if originals stored in a storage space 42 are for instance, four sheets of single-sided one, the lowest original of page 4 is fed through a main paper feeding path 48 by means of a conveying roller 43 and a couple of feeding rollers 49, while the original of page 3 is fed through a sub feeding path 50 by means of a conveying roller 44 and a couple of feeding rollers 51, then they are conveyed on to a glass surface by conveyor belts 45, 46 respectively. Next both are conveyed to the side of a delivery path 52, exposed at a exposing position 29, and returned to the storage space 42. Subsequently originals of page 2 and page 1 are processed in the same manner. On the other hand, in the case of odd number of originals, the lowest only one sheet of originals is first processed, then the remaining even number of originals are processed in the same way described in the above. Further a group of sheets such as OHP-sheets formed in layers with attached paper can be distributed for processing. Thereby it is possible to shorten the processing time and to facilitate the processing of plural kinds of sheets. |
