PURPOSE:To enable temperature accuracy of a heat transfer medium to be held within + or -0.1 deg.C by enlarging the ratio of capacity to flow of a second liquid tank provided in series to a first liquid tank and using a single stage heat exchanger. CONSTITUTION:A first liquid tank 10 is connected in series to a second one 20 through a perforated pipe 30 so that a heat transfer medium 1 enters an inlet pipe 11 and exits an outlet pipe 21. A stiring blade 12 and a temperature sensor 14 having small heat capacity are built in the liquid tank 10, and the blade 12 is rotated by a motor 13. The liquid tank 20 is provided with a baffle board 31 to enlarge the ratio of the capacity to the flow as much as possible. A vaporizer 43 for a refrigerator 40 is provided in the heat transfer medium 1 in the liquid tank 10. Temperature of the heat transfer medium 1 is detected controllably by a sensor 14, and since the ratio of capacity to flow of the liquid tank 20 is large, amplitude of water form of temperature variation in the liquid tank 20 is smaller than that of in the liquid tank 10. |
