A method for measuring biological activity of antithrombin III and reagents and plasma for the measurement are disclosed. The method comprises mixing a specimen, antithrombin III-free, exogenous coagulation factor-containing plasma, heparin, and a prothrombin time-measuring reagent or an X factor-activating reagent, and measuring the time for coagulation. |
