The blind-winding device according to the invention comprises a housing (1) in which is mounted at least one winding member, at least one strip of fabric (3) fixed to the winding member and to a draw bar (4), and means of control of position comprising two connecting rods (5) each having one extremity fixed in articulated fashion in the vicinity of one extremity of the draw bar (4) and one opposite extremity fixed in articulated fashion to a coupling member itself fixed to one extremity of a drive member (7) with a rack associated with a drive pinion (9).
