<p>PURPOSE:To obtain a circuit that can oscillate stably even when a condenser having a capacity as small as 10pF or so is used by charging and discharging a condenser by switch operating two constant current circuit, and obtaining oscillating output by judging the potential by a comparator. CONSTITUTION:When the potential of a condenser 24 is low, the output of a comparator 25 is on a low level and a signal through an invertor becomes on a high level, and a transistor 22 becomes on. Accordingly, transistors 18, 19 become off and the condenser 24 is charged by the current of a current miller circuit 17. When the charged value exceeds divided voltage of resistances 26-28, the comparator is reversed and the condenser 24 is discharged by differential current of the miller circuits 17, 21. At this time, the resistance 28 is short- circuited and gives hysteresis to the comparator 25.</p> |
