<p>PURPOSE:To forcibly perform swing while keeping a pinch roller press- contacting with a capstan shaft at the time of switching from a reproducing mode to a reverse reproducing mode or switching contrary by providing a switching means for allowing a pendulum gear to perform a swing action by means of a driving source different from a driving source which drives the capstan shaft and respective reel bases. CONSTITUTION:In the reproducing mode, a capstan motor 5 is rotated counterclockwise and a tape 19 crimped by the capstan shaft 6 and the pinch roller 7 is fed to a T side reel base 4 side. Then, a follower roller 11 is rotated counterclockwise and a swing lever 13 is swung to the reel base 4 side and an idler gear 17 is made to mesh with the pendulum gear 14. The reel base 4 is rotated clockwise to take up the tape 19 fed by the pinch roller 7 and the capstan shaft 6. At the time of switching to the reverse reproducing mode, a motor 5 is stopped and a mode setting motor 22 is driven to move a slider 29 to a position on a left side. Then, the gear 14 is forcibly made to mesh with an S side idler gear 16 and an S side reel base 3 is rotated counterclockwise to take up the tape 19.</p> |
