PURPOSE:To obtain the titled ground waste gas burner inexpensive in cost, capable of meeting an abrupt expansion and contraction by providing on the inner side of a junction between a main body of the furnace of a panel structure and a sound-proof wall, bending the end edges of the furnace material and the sound-proof material pasted to the keep plate, superimposing the end edges on the furnace material and the sound- proof material on the panel side, and slightly clamping these materials. CONSTITUTION:Respective end surfaces of panels 8 of a large number of sheets constituting the main furnace body 1 and the sound-proof wall 2 are coupled to a junction member 9 by means of a bolt 10 and a nut 11 to construct a cylindrical body a polygonal panel structure. The keep plate 12 mounted on the inner surface of the junction of the panel 8 by means of a bolt 13 and a nut 14, is covered on its inner surface with sound-proof materials 4 and 5 pasted to one panel 8 and extended, and is folded back to the back side at its end edges and superimposed on the end portions of the furnace material and sound-proof members 4 and 5 pasted to other panel 8 to form a complex structure, these members being slightly clamped by means of nuts 14. The bolt holes 15 formed in the panel 8 are made blind, and further the furnace material and a cushion member 16 is sealed in the insides of the folded back portions of the furnace material and sound-proof materials 4 and 5. |
