PURPOSE:To prevent erroneous picture recording of undesired channel by designing a timer in such a way that receiving channel is not changed even if a channel selector button is depressed during picture recording or during waiting time before starting recording. CONSTITUTION:When performing timer recording, one of preset channel selector buttons 17a, 17b... is depressed and a change-over switch 6b of the timer 6 is turned on. Accordingly, positive voltage from a power source 5 is applied to above-mentioned channel selector buttons 17a, 17b... through a diode 16, and even if any one of selector buttons is depressed (by mistake), high potential is applied to each terminal of channel selecting IC1, and channel selecting function stops. When a preset timer switch has arrived at on-time, output of the power source 5 is supplied to a constant voltage power source 7 and picture recording of preset channel is started. As high potential is applied to channel selector buttons 17a, 17b... through the diode 16 even under this condition, channel is not changed by erroneous channel selecting operation. |
