<p>PURPOSE:To detect a current with high accuracy by automatically correcting the temperature change of an offset voltage by a voltage dividing circuit of a resistor constituted of a combination of differences in temperature coefficients. CONSTITUTION:An input circuit of a buffer circuit at a succeeding stage is rendered an adding circuit for an adjusting circuit which adjusts an offset voltage and a temperature correcting circuit. The temperature correcting circuit is obtained by connecting a resistance thermometer having a large temperature coefficient and a variable resistor having a small temperature coefficient in series. Two sets of the temperature correcting circuits are connected in series to be a voltage dividing circuit. The temperature drift of the offset voltage of a magnetism- sensitive element and the polarity, whether positive or negative thereof are detected, on the basis of which the temperature drift is corrected by the voltage dividing circuit. Accordingly, it becomes possible to detect a current with high accuracy without being affected by the temperature change.</p> |
