PURPOSE:To suppress changeover of a supercharge following a shift change so as to reduce a torque shock by setting a selecting line of the supercharge in low and high supercharge regions to the out of a range changing an operative condition of an engine generated by the shift change of an automatic transmission. CONSTITUTION:An engine E is provided with a primary supercharger 3 acting in at least a low intake amount region and a secondary supercharger 4 acting in a high intake amount region, respectively. While the engine E is provided respectively with an intake cut valve 5 and an exhaust cut valve 12 serving as the means performing a select control of each supercharger 3, 4. Further the engine is provided with an automatic transmission 11 automatically performing a shift change. In a device stated in the above, a changeover line of a supercharge in the above described low and high supercharge regions is set by a control circuit 211 beyond a range for changing an operative condition of the engine E generated by the shift change of the automatic transmission 11. In this way, a torque shock is reduced by controlling changeover of the supercharge following the shift change of the automatic transmission 11. |
