<p>PURPOSE:To improve efficiency of collecting soot and eliminate the necessity for providing a regenerative device, by providing a part forming an exhaust gas flow path, means turning a flow of exhaust gas and a part collecting grains in the flow of exhaust gas to be formed into a single cartridge structure. CONSTITUTION:A soot collector device 11 constitutes its principal part by providing a circular annular exhaust gas passage 12 penetrating through an axial direction in the central part of a metallic main unit formed into a cylindrical cartridge type. A connection part 13 for an outlet of an exhaust pipe 14 in an engine is formed in one end of the exhaust gas passage 12. While in the exhaust pipe connection part in the exhaust gas passage 12, a stay 15 crossing therewith is fixed, further a propeller 16 mounted to the passage central part of the stay 15. Further along the periphery of the exhaust gas passage 12, a honeycomb-structural wall 17, radially arranging many fine pipes 20, is wound, while each outer plate 18, 19, for protecting this wall 17, is arranged on its both ends.</p> |
