PURPOSE:To improve efficiency of utilizing a swinging motion by rotating a shaft through the swinging motion in two directions by a swing weight of two horizontal shafts almost orthogonal with each other, in the case of a device moving by the various swinging motion of waves, wind force, etc. the swing weight taking out its kinetic energy performing power generation or the like. CONSTITUTION:A hollow shaft 3, securing the first swivel weight 2, is rotatably supported as a turning shaft in a horizontal direction by a bearing 4 to a fixed frame 1 fixed to a floor surface or the like. To this swivel weight 2, a turn shaft 5, securing a pair of second swivel weights 7a, 7b divided into the right and left, is rotatably supported by a bearing 6 in a horizontal direction orthogonal with the hollow shaft 3. Two bevel gears 9a, 9b are mounted so as to provide an interlocking rotary direction reverse to each other by one-way clutches 8a, 8b rotated interlocking to one-way rotation of the turn shaft 5 but made free for the rotation in an opposite direction. These bevel gears 9a, 9b are meshed with a bevel gear 12 secured to one end of a shaft 11 which penetrates through the inside of the hollow shaft 3 and is rotatably supported by a bearing 10. |
