PURPOSE:To generate desired torsional torque and reaction force in a limited space by disposing a concentric double coiled spring in series or parallel between a movable pulley and a driver to reduce the axial dimension. CONSTITUTION:The first coiled spring 66 of a torsion spring 64 is coupled to a movable flange 3B, the opposite end thereof being coupled to a flange portion 682 of a coupling cylinder 68, and the second coiled spring 67 is coupled to a flange portion 681 of the coupling cylinder 68, the opposite end thereof being coupled to a brake hub 631 secured to a sleeve 62. Thus, the first coiled spring 66 and the second coiled spring 67 are connected in series. The first coiled spring 76 of a torsion spring 74 is coupled to a movable flange 4B, the opposite end thereof being coupled to a flange portion 782 of a coupling cylinder 78, and the second coiled spring 77 is coupled to a flange portion 781 of the coupling cylinder 78, the opposite end thereof being coupled to a brake hub 71 secured to a sleeve 72. |
