发明名称 METHOD FOR HEAT EXCHANGE UTILIZING GEOTHERMAL HEAT
摘要 PURPOSE:To reduce the concentration of hydrogen sulfide of produced geothermal water by about 80-90% by a method wherein the heat exchange at the stage of the highest temperature is effected by indirect contact, in the multistage flush type heat exchange method. CONSTITUTION:The geothermal water having a temperature of 140 deg.C is flowed through flush chambers 21 for each heat exchangers sequentially, and river water having a temperature of 5 deg.C is flowed through each contact chambers 22 sequentially in an order reversed to the geothermal water to inject it from spray pipes 29 while the geothermal water is flowed through a spiral pipe 28 in the contact chamber 22 for the heat exchanger 23 of the highest temperature stage. Thus, the steam of the geothermal water from the flush chamber 21 and the river water are contacted indirectly in the heat exchanger 23 for the highest temperature stage while the heat exchanges are effected by the direct contact in the other heat exchange chambers 24-27. According to this method, the concentration of hydrogen sulfide in the produced geothermal water of 115 deg.C becomes to the degree of 0.5-0.8mg/l. Condensed water in the heat exchanger 23 contains hydrogen sulfide which is higher than the geothermal water in the concentration thereof, therefore, it is returned to a reducing well together with the geothermal water discharged out of the heat exchanger 27 for the lowest temperature stage, in order to prevent environmental contamination.
