PURPOSE:To perform recovery work smoothly without sticking or stagnating even when a string-shaped object is electrified by a method wherein a pair of pull rolls which pull in the string-shaped object are provided, and the tip of a swinging rod which gives a reciprocating movement right and left is positioned directly under the pair of pull rolls. CONSTITUTION:A swinging rod 30 is erected at the approximate center of the floor surface of a storage part 11. The tip of the swinging rod 30 is positioned directly under pull rolls 15 and is swinged right and left by a swinging mechanism 33 with the passage as its center. When an excessive string-shaped object R generates at a packaging process, the string-shaped object R is guided in the recovery part 11 in the main body by the pull rolls 15 with an appropriate pull strength. At this time, since the string-shaped object R is electrified, static electricity generates by rubbing with an entry port 12 or the pull rolls 15. Therefore, there is fear that the string-shaped object R may electrostatically stick to the top board of the main body around he entry port 12, and the continuously fed string-shaped object R may be prevented from being recovered in the recovery part 11. However, since the swinging rod 30 beats the string-shaped object R which is sent out from the pull rolls 15 from right and left orderly, the string-shaped object R swiftly drops in the recover chamber.
