TABBED LID FOR SEALING CONTAINER

摘要

PURPOSE:To reduce material cost, permit an easy handling in a die upon molding and an easy unpacking, eliminate the possibility of damage to container and make the container easily disposable by injection molding a lid material with a synthetic resin layer formed on its paper board substrate integrally with an annular lip through a hole made in the lid material on its synthetic resin side and with a tab piece on its paper board side using the synthetic resins. CONSTITUTION:A lid (A) for sealing a container is made by injection molding a lid material (a) formed by laminating or coating a paper board substrate 1 with a synthetic resin layer 2 integrally with an annular lip (b) engageable into the inside of an opening part of a container B on the side of the synthetic resin layer 2 and with a tab piece (c) through a hole 3 made in the lid material (a) on the side of the paper board 1 using the same resins as the layer 2. A thin part 4 is formed for unpacking inside the annular lip (b) in a position coincident with a perforation 5 for unpacking provided on the paper board 1 of the lid material (a).
