<p>PURPOSE: To improve adhesive properties between a support and a metal layer by incorporating a copolymer made of an ethylenic unsaturated comonomer in an adhesive layer, and incorporating at least one type of free functional acid group in a copolymer. CONSTITUTION: In a metallized film containing a metal layer on a surface of at least one adhesive layer separate from a support layer, the adhesive layer contains a copolymer made of a styrene and/or styrene derivative and at least one type of ethylenic unsaturated comonomer to be compolymerized with the styrene or its derivative. And, the copolymer contains at least one type of free functional acid group. The adhesive layer is applied by a conventional method as a dispersant or solution in a suitable solvent, and gives adhesive properties for satisfying the adhesive layer having a film weight of a range of 0.1 to 10 mgdm<-2> . The metal layer is adhered by adherence from suspension of metal particles, or deposition, non-electrolytic plating.</p> |
